Using HXP

You may use the public site for personal, lawful, noncommercial listening and participation. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected member content, impersonate others, or use the community to harass or harm people.

HXP Studio access

HXP Studio is available to independent creators with eligible TikTok accounts. No HXP team membership is required. You may share your original or properly licensed video content through your own connected account. The current web service accepts MP4 clips up to 3 MiB. You are responsible for protecting your access credentials, confirming that the intended social account is connected, and reporting suspected unauthorized access promptly.

TikTok connection and publishing

HXP Studio uses TikTok Login Kit to connect an authorized TikTok account and the TikTok Content Posting API to publish approved content directly or transfer approved video to the creator's TikTok inbox as a draft. Connecting TikTok authorizes HXP Studio to receive the account information and permissions shown during TikTok's consent flow. You may revoke that connection through TikTok's connected-app permissions.

A TikTok publishing action must be initiated by the connected creator, who reviews the selected video, caption, account, audience, and available interaction settings and gives explicit consent before submission, including applicable music and commercial-content declarations. Direct Post with Everyone visibility is intended to create a public video on that creator’s profile after TikTok approves public access. Until the audit is approved, TikTok restricts Direct Post tests to private accounts and Only me visibility. An inbox draft requires the creator to finish publishing in TikTok. You must not use HXP Studio to publish content you do not have the right to use, to misrepresent a person or organization, or to violate TikTok's terms, developer policies, or community guidelines.

Memberships

Paid memberships renew according to the interval and price shown at checkout until canceled. Stripe processes payments. Access to member material depends on an active or trialing subscription. Any refund or cancellation terms displayed during checkout form part of the purchase terms.

Content and intellectual property

HXP audio, writing, artwork, branding, transcripts, member materials, and approved publishing assets are owned by or licensed to HXP and may not be republished, sold, or distributed without permission. You retain ownership of content you submit, while granting HXP the limited permission needed to display, process, and operate it within the service.

Availability and changes

The site and HXP Studio may change, pause, or remove features and content. HXP does not promise uninterrupted availability and is not responsible for outages, review delays, or third-party services beyond its reasonable control.

Ending access

HXP may suspend or end access to HXP Studio when access is no longer authorized, these terms are violated, or continued use creates a security, legal, or platform-policy risk. You may request disconnection or deletion by contacting HXP.
